These terms govern your use of KWI Toolkit ("the service," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What the service does

KWI Toolkit is a set of SEO and AEO (AI-readiness) diagnostic tools — it audits pages and sites you point it at and reports what it finds (broken links, structured-data issues, content problems, and similar). Results are informational and provided as-is; see "Disclaimers" below.

Acceptable use — only scan what you're allowed to

This service works by crawling and fetching pages from URLs you provide. You agree to only run it against:

Sites you own or operate,
Sites you have explicit permission to audit (e.g. a client's site, as part of your work for them), or
Publicly accessible sites, used at a reasonable, non-disruptive rate.

You agree not to use the service to scan sites without authorization where doing so would violate that site's terms of service, applicable computer-misuse law, or the rights of the site's owner — and not to use it for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or overload a target site, or to circumvent another site's access controls.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Plans and billing

The service offers a free Basic tier and paid Pro/Premium tiers with higher usage limits and additional features. Plan changes on Pro and Premium are currently handled manually rather than through a live billing processor — no recurring charges are collected through the site today. This section will be updated with billing-cycle and cancellation terms once real payment processing is connected.

Intellectual property

The service's own code, design, and branding belong to us. You retain all rights to the content of any site you audit — we don't claim any ownership over it, and only access it to generate your audit results.

Disclaimers

Audit results are provided "as is," for informational purposes — they're a diagnostic tool, not a guarantee of search ranking, AI citation, or any other outcome. We don't guarantee the service is error-free, uninterrupted, or that its findings are complete or exhaustive; always use your own judgment before acting on a result, especially for anything business-critical.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any action you take (or don't take) based on an audit result.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate access for violating these terms, including the acceptable-use section above. You can stop using the service, or request account deletion, at any time.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the update.
